Day 1: Sevilla

Day 2: Sevilla

You will start your city tour with your guide at 9.30am. To begin, you will visit Alcazar, a rich palace of Mudejar architecture. Then you will discover the Andalusian capital and according to your desires your guide will suggest : La Giralda, the Torre de Oro, Plaza España, Cathedral or Fine Arts Museum. Sevillian painting and its evolution are the main theme of museographic discourse.

The museum also houses many other collections of paintings, sculptures, ceramics, furniture and goldsmiths.

Sevilla has seen a remarkable development thanks to the richness of Guadalquivir valley.

After its Islamic conquest, it became a powerful city, a rival of Cordoba, under the Almohad dynasty. Conquered in 1248 by Ferdinand III, the city owes its standing to discovery of America. It became one of the richest centers of Iberian culture.

Day 3: Sevilla - Cordoba

Day 4: Cordoba

Let the Jewish, Moorish and Christian Córdoba seduce you. This visit (about 4h) will enable you to stroll through the historic center - registered in the list of UNESCO World Heritage - and to broaden your knowledge.

Discover the history of the medieval Jewish community visiting one of the three synagogues that remain in Spain.

Explore famous corners like the small square of flowers, the souk, the orange trees courtyard of the Mosque Cathedral - Mosque and/or the typical Cordovan courtyards.

During your walk, you will visit traditional craftsman workshops, also registered in the list of UNESCO World Heritage, through a ceramist's workshop, a silversmith and a saddler where you will have the opportunity to know the most old-style skills of civilizations that have inhabited this thousand-year-old city.

The Mosque Cathedral entrance included: an ancient Roman temple that became a church then a mosque and finally a cathedral in the sixteenth century. This is a major monument of Islamic architecture, a World Heritage Monument by Unesco since 1984.

Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm

Sunday and bank holiday from 8.30 to 11.30am and from 3 to 6pm

Day 5: Cordoba - Granada

Private transport from Cordoba to Granada. About 2h30 trip.

What could be more magical than the old Arab quarter of the Albayzin in this charming city of Southern Spain?

Only one thing: the fortress of the Alhambra. Passing through the famous viewpoint of Saint Nicolas, your guide will introduce you to other viewpoints less popular to admire the intimate immortal Alhambra.

Let yourself go and your feet won't stop walking.

Day 6: Granada

Today it's a special day; you will visit the famous Alhambra Palace in the morning or the afternoon depending on availabilities.
An english speaking guide will be with you during the all visit. The Nazari palace reflects the history of Granada and its Islamic past. Inside this majestic palace, you will discover especially the Alcazaba, the Nasrid Palaces, Charles V Palace and the Generalife.
This set of palaces, lavishly decorated and its many irrigated gardens have inspired and still inspiring many legends.

A half day is devoted, depending on the avaibility, to visit the Alhambra (without guide).

This Nasrid palace reflects the history of Granada and its Islamic past. Inside of this majestic palace, you will discover the Alcazaba, the Nasrid palaces, Charles Quint palace and the Generalife.

This collection of palace, lavishly decorates have inspired and still inspire many legends.

A great purity flamenco show, right in the center of Granada. It is for us the most representative of this Art as the presented artists give themselves thoroughly, as it should in flamenco. Little decor, a simple atmosphere and a quality show, accompanied by a drink.

There is also the possibility of staying in the balconies, in a VIP zone. The acoustics of the room allows to enjoy fully a cappella, natural and authentic flamenco (on request).

Day 7: Granada - Málaga

At the agreed time, private transfer to Malaga. The journey of about two hours leads down from the Sierra Nevada to the Mediterranean seaside. Arrival in Malaga and transfer to your hotel.

Our name 'Ladron de Agua' which means "Water Thief" was taken from a poetry collection called 'Forgotten Memories of Granada' written by famous Spanish poet Juan Ramon Jimenez. The whole concept of literature and art is a fundamental part of our hotel and community. You won't find room numbers in our hotel, each bedroom carries the concept of literature and it is named by one of the poems from 'Forgotten Memories' poems. This reflects individual character of each bedroom which its original Spanish artwork and furniture.
